Welcome to my YouTube Channel Page.  My YouTube channel is called "The Calm and Content Mind" and was inspired by one of my clients.  A few years ago I was visiting South America (Colombia) and witnessed a beautiful rainstorm.  I recalled one of my clients shared that she loved the sound of rain and it helped her fall asleep.  So I recorded a lovely rainstorm and created a video for her.  This inspired many more nature based videos (both visual and auditory) and other mental health/therapy related videos.  Below are just a few videos to give you an example of what you can find on my channel.  Let me know if you have any suggestions for future nature videos or therapy videos.
