Services Offered

Group Therapy:  If you're not ready to start individual therapy, I suggest starting slow and easing your way into self-discovery by joining one of my groups (see HERE for more information).   Any of my programs can be delivered in a group (learn more about my programs HERE).  If you have some friends or know people who want to learn more about meditation or Nonviolent Communication, then we can form a group around that program.  

Somatic Yoga: Somatic yoga is a gentle, mindful movement practice that blends yoga with body awareness techniques to help release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with the body. By slowing down and tuning in to subtle sensations, somatic yoga supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation. It's especially beneficial for those healing from trauma, chronic pain, or burnout, offering a safe and restorative path to physical and emotional well-being. Somatic yoga supports mental health therapy by helping individuals connect with the body as a way to process emotions, release stored tension, and increase self-awareness. It integrates principles of mindfulness and nervous system regulation, allowing clients to notice and gently shift patterns of stress, anxiety, or trauma held in the body. When used alongside talk therapy, somatic yoga offers a holistic approach that bridges the gap between mind and body, deepening emotional insight and fostering a greater sense of safety, grounding, and inner balance.
