15-Week Anxiety-Depression Teen Girl Group

Group-based therapy is an excellent intervention and support for teens diagnosed with Anxiety and/or Depression. These diagnoses can leave teens feeling lonely in their struggle and isolated from peers. Finding support through a group can provide empowerment, lead to awareness and behavior change, and provide a sense of connection and community.
